Hi I'm Jay from McCauley's in Warrington on behalf of GreatCocktails.co.uk I'm going to show you how to make a 'Slow Comfortable Screw'.

You will need ¾ ounce of vodka, ¾ ounce of Southern Comfort, ¼ ounce of slow gin and about six ounces of orange juice.

For this you’re going to want a twelve-ounce Collins cocktail glass, always make sure your glass is clean and free from breakages.

I'm going to fill that with nice clean fresh ice to get that glass nice and cold, your sixteen ounce mixing tin, in that you’re going to put ½ ounce of vodka, followed up with a ½ ounce of Southern Comfort.

Then you are going to want to put in about six ounces of orange juice, a little bit of ice for mixing with, take another collins mixing glass, give it a good mix around to make sure the alcohol mixes together. Use the glass to filter out the ice you mixed with and pour into your glass.

Over the top of that now I'm just going to drizzle about ¼ ounce of slow gin, couple of straws and that's your 'Slow Comfortable Screw'.
