Tequila Sunrise

If there was ever an evocative name, then it must be Tequila Sunrise. Can't you just imagine the reds and golds of the Mexican landscape as the sun creeps up over the horizon?
The original drink that was created by a bartender at the luxurious Arizona Biltmore Resort, some time around 1930, combined tequila, crème de cassis, lime juice and soda. Today it's more usually made with tequila, orange juice and grenadine.
Take:
- 1 part tequila
- 4 parts orange juice
- 1 part grenadine (or less)

- And in 1988 Mel Gibson starred in a film of the same name.
